After qualifying as a Solicitor, Allison joined Anthony Clark & Co in December 1999 to specialise in Family Law. Allison is a Member of Resolution, which is an organisation which promotes a constructive, non-confrontational approach to Family Law.
Allison has experience in children work both public and private. She has acted for parents and wider extended family members in cases regarding children's residence and contact and in care proceedings. Allison has a particular interest in complicated children cases and has dealt with cases involving physical violence, sexual abuse and emotional harm and neglect.
She has acted for the Official Solicitor in cases where clients do not have the capacity to litigate.
Allison also undertakes financial relief in divorce and has acted for clients in complex financial work, including cases where assets have exceeded £1 million.
Allison has also successfully obtained Non-Molestation and Occupation Injunction Orders for clients suffering violence from their partners.
When not working, Allison enjoys shopping, travelling and spending time with her family and her two cats.
